Practices will be held at Skylands Ice World. Skylands will be the location of the majority of games. Some games may be played at other local rinks.
Raffle Ticket Program:
To help lower our fees, we will be holding our fundraising raffle ticket program again this year. To ensure a successful program everyone is required to sell 100, $2 raffle tickets. A $100 reduction has already been included in the full season fee from the ticket program. For every ticket sold beyond the minimum, you will receive 50% as a credit up to the full amount of the 2011/2012 season fee.
Please note, no one will be permitted to participate in practice or games without registering. All players are required to be registered with USA Hockey, complete all registration forms, and provide a copy of your child's birth certificate. Please follow the steps below:
Register with USA Hockey. USA Hockey registration is good for one year. The year begins September 1st and ends August 31st. USA Hockey registration is only required once per year and is valid for all fall, winter, spring and summer programs. You can register with USA Hockey HERE. Print out a copy of the USA Hockey registration verification.
Print out and complete the West Milford Bears registration form.
Print out and complete the West Milford Bears Waiver form.
Print out and complete the parent and player code of conduct form.
Include a registration deposit. Checks or money orders should be made out to "West Milford Hockey".
Payment and forms may be given to your head coach, team manager or WM Hockey Registrar Jim Filipek.
