Bears Mites Win Championship!

The West Milford Bears Ice Hockey Mite Team won the Spring Championship in a close 3-1 game against Sparta on 6-24-07. The Bears defeated the Jesters 5-2 in the semi-finals on 6-19-07 to advance to the Championship Game. The Bears coming off a great 9-1 Winter season that ended in a 3-2 lose to the Jesters in that Championship, rebounded to another 9-1 season and then beat the Jesters and Sparta to take the Championship. Congratulations to the Players, Coaches and Families! Bears players are Justin Chalupt, Alexander Crevina, Dylan Dinzik, Christopher Dressler, Sal Farruggia, Mathew Filipek, Sean Gould, Ethan Hempel, Joseph Latronica, Aaron Lemay, Brandon Little, Kyle Little, Jenna Pych, Lindsay Pych, Ryan Pych and Nicholas Welch. Bears Coaching Staff lead by Head Coach John Dinzik and Coaches Mark Crevina, Maria Petrou, Mark Pych and Scott Dressler are very proud of the dedication the players and there families have given to the Bears Organization! We also want to Congratulate the Mites on beating the Coaches and Parents 7-5 on 6-10-07! What a Great year!     Have a great summer and we will see you at the August Clinics.!
